David is AMAZING! If you think learning new software is close to impossible and a painful process, look no further - this is your guy! David is very patience, thorough and clear. He made sure I learned the correct terminology as he furthered my knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel too. I feel very well prepared to start a new job. This is the second time I’ve contracted with David and plan on hiring him again very soon.

I was lucky enough to find Dave on line several years ago, and my tech life has been a breeze since. Whenever glitches arise - from computer, telephone, tv, web site, all things tech - I contact Dave. And he solves them! He always gets back to me quickly and then comes up with lasting solutions just as quickly when he arrives. He also spends time teaching me how to handle - hopefully - tech situations if they arise in the future. He really wants me to learn. The best part of working with Dave, though, is his thoughtful, personable, easy and trustworthy manner. 5 stars Plus! for the most enjoyable and only tech technician and tutor I believe you'll ever need.
