Our situation was somewhat complicated by the fact that we are Australian Citizens and currently living in Houston TX and are also first time buyers in the US. (ie complicated the credit, searching, viewing etc) As a result from start to finish it took approx 9 months.

Drew and the team were very patient and helpful throughout the process and took the time to answer questions and provide additional photos and video of the properties we were interested in etc.
