I have had a 9 year relationship with this company and would not recommend them for anything. They turn over salespeople like nobody's business. Promises will be made and never fulfilled. Not an honest outfit!

Haven’t had to work with this company yet but after coming across one of their workers driving on I-25 this morning I never plan to. This employee driving a company car was reckless going southbound on I-25. Beyond cutting people off and going 20mph over the speed limit, this man was flipping people off and rolling down his window to make vulgar comments. As if we don’t all love sitting in traffic enough, your employee had to make it even better. I can only imagine how he treats customers if he acting this way over a little traffic. Might want to speak with whoever was driving a white Volkswagens Taos covered in the “All copy products” logo this morning.

All copy products lack of trustworthiness significantly hampers the client experience and undermines confidence in their services. Communication with the company is hindered by a pervasive sense of mistrust, making it difficult for clients to establish a long term relationship, and increase trust dividends. This breakdown in trust erodes client confidence in the company's ability to deliver on promises, leading to hesitancy in engaging further with their offerings. As client, often perceive higher risks associated with transactions due to the company's low trustworthiness, resulting in increased caution and reluctance to commit. Overall, the negative impact of all copy products low trust environment manifests in decreased our satisfaction, limited collaboration opportunities, and a notable increase in transactional complexities and costs. Rebuilding trust should be a top priority for all copy products regain client loyalty and credibility within the industry.

As a young business owner at the helm of a burgeoning real estate brokerage, I was ensnared in a financially draining printer lease, thanks to the aggressive sales tactics of Kevin Smith, the Sales Manager, and his team, including my sales rep, Cameron Stewart. This ordeal began when Cameron unexpectedly appeared at our office door, pitching the idea of leasing a printer—a proposal that, at the time, seemed practical for our nearly 20-member organization.

Despite initial credit approval challenges, Kevin and his team 'creatively' found a workaround by involving a personal guarantor from within our ranks—a decision that would later come back to haunt us. However, when the real estate market took a downturn, forcing my company to scale back significantly, my attempts to renegotiate the terms with All Copy Products fell on deaf ears. Cameron and Kevin showed little empathy for our predicament, leaving us with a stark ultimatum: find someone to take over the lease or fork over an exorbitant payoff sum of $13,000.

Their insistence on keeping the lease active, citing the credit impact on our guarantor, felt like a manipulative tactic to ensure their own profits at the expense of our financial crisis. Despite repeated pleas for assistance in finding a lease successor—a task seemingly more suited to their sales expertise—they remained unyielding, pushing us towards their financing department for the same untenable payoff option.

This experience has been a harsh lesson in the realities of predatory sales practices, approval manipulations, and a glaring lack of compassion from a company that values commissions over customer hardship. My advice to fellow business owners: tread carefully when dealing with All Copy Products and be wary of their binding agreements that leave little room for flexibility in times of need.

This company will take advantage of you in every way they can. The amount you pay per month isn't the amount you will pay over the life of your lease, it will go up a lot. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well.
