I know that startups can have problems but this is probably the worst experience I have had trying to deal with a new product. The thing just does not work. The apps are horrible, full of bugs and misinformation that result in truly dangerous possibilities. This does not protect your pet, it provides false confidence in their safety when there is absolutely no data on which to base this conclusion (the thing reports that my dog is fine when the device is disconnected and has never made a connection). Do not waste your time as I have and do not trust your pet's safety to this device. Maybe they will get it to work in the future but for now it is garbage. I have contacted support many times and they provide basically useless responses making no attempt to get the thing to work and finally decided that I am too fussy because I want something that actually offers protection for my pet.

Run as fast as you can..............buyer beware..........DO NOT BUY PUPPTECH!
Received my PuppTech and was able to set it up.
It worked for a couple of weeks then just just stopped working.
I am not able to make it turn on.
Have sent two emails to customer service with no response after waiting three weeks I decided to write this review,.

Received product (PuppComm). Product doesn’t work. Customer service non existent. Left 4 voicemails and 4 emails. Requested call back. Nothing. BUYERS BEWARE. You’re working with a fictitious company.

I did their start up...it was a GREAT idea! I received the monitor etc....never worked...I tried calling and emailing countless times over the years I owned this thing....I never once got a response....not once.....

I purchased this product at a K9 trade show. When I received it 6 months later it never worked and customer service is non existent. I am very disappointed and would never recommend this product or company.

It doesn't work and they aren't interested in fixing problems. Instead they just deleted their website and phone app. They basically stole the money everyone donated to help with start up costs.
