I found the Blunami decoders easy to install and the documentation clear and understandable. I love being able to not only to control several locomotives at once with my iPhone using a throttle app but to program on the fly with no programming track or computer based software.

I'm brand new to model trains.was looking on line for a workable, simple bluetooth/wireless option to control my brand new USA GP38 train. they recommended Railpro but then I saw your vid and I took a leap of faith. I tore out the board in my brand new train! I was a little nervous but it worked no worries. I just bought another train and 4408 card! Just put this one in and now Im doing multiple trains at once! Really slick product. Glad I found this.

Speakers work very well for their small size.
Marking the polarity on the physical speaker on all Soundtraxx speakers would make soldering tasks nearly mistake proof.

I recently installed the Blu4408 into my Bachmann G spectrum 2-6-0 locomotive. I've never done anything to do with electronics like this before but after watching several videos and webinars on the Sountraxx site I felt pretty confident I could complete it successfully. I was able to get several questions answered with a phone call to George who by the way was very patient with his explanations. This is an awesome decoder with a very helpful support staff. My next Blunami install is in a Bachmann G spectrum 2-8-0 "Connie".

I bought a DC model of an SD45 at a show a few years ago. Then set it aside when I moved. I started working on it again and put in a decoder buddy with a Soundtraxx TSU-21PNEM8. Had problems and decided to try another option. Bought and installed a TSU-PNP8 and ditched the decoder buddy. Just finished the installation. Everything is fine now. Used FX5 to power a red LED as a rotating beacon. Love the sound! All lights work, motor function is great. Very happy. almost all of my engines are Soundtraxx powered. Just a few that have factory installed decoders are on the layout.
