I appreciate the app and reminders. However, sometimes their hours are wrong on the phone line when calling. I have to call monthly and tell them to add a code on scripts that I have to fill on exact dates. Unless, I get lucky and Heather is there, who is flipping awesome. They did finally adjust the weekend pharmacy hours 5 days ago, which I appreciate. Hopefully, they will keep us better informed.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Me and my husband both have prescriptions we get here and we can get them every 28 days but for the past 2 months they don't want to fill my husband's. They use every excuse even when his Dr calls and tells them he can get them filled they still won't do it. They make him wait 30 days or longer each month now. Their excuse now is something about the DEA number isn't right but come the next morning everything is fine. They lie to him because they don't want to fill his prescription

I get my annual flu shot here due to the short wait time and friendly staff. The pharmacist was very nice and informed me about the new pneumonia shot that I won't have to take again. Hurray! I also got it. The store is always clean and well lit. Sale prices are clearly marked. This location offers a wide variety of products from pantry items, cold drinks to makeup products. They have a rewards program which is handy even got 20 Walgreens dollars from my vaccines! I usually order sale items ahead and pick them up in store while browsing.

I kept running out of medicine. On the phone they asked if you'd like automatic refills. I answered yes! They still were never automatically refilled. I visited the pharmacy and asked them to put me on automatic refill. The pharmacist typed them into the computer and said they'd be automatically refilled. Now, I'm out again with no notification of the refill being ready! I'm tired of playing games @ I'm switching to another pharmacy in the morning!

A few wks ago I was upset & wrote an ugly review. I have a problem with one of my meds every month, & my doc office likes to blame it on my pharmacy.
But that's only ONE out of 8 meds I get there. Sometimes after a long day working you don't want to have to wait for med you need. Either way, I shouldn't have done that. The people working there try their best & it isn't their fault how the system is set up. It's a great place to do your business, & all the girls there are very sweet & do a wonderful job

Tried to get a vaccination and had to call my insurance company. They wanted me to pay $113 but told on me on the phone it was covered under insurance. When I get there, I was told it wasn't covered under my insurance and to contact the insurance company. So, while on the speaker phone, the insurance rep stated that it was covered on my policy. She even did a test claim. The pharmacist in there was very rude and didn't want to listen to me or the insurance rep. I took my business somewhere else and got what I needed handled right then. I will not patronize this establishment again and will be transferring all prescriptions. I wish I could give this a (-0) rating

This is the 2nd time in 3 months I have tried to get a prescription filled for my husband and they do not have it in stock. Is that not considered a part of inventory control? How hard is it to see when you use the last bit of something, that you need to go ahead and order some more. Because of the type of prescription it is, it cannot just be sent to another pharmacy to be filled. He has now been without his meds for 2 days. They said the order was supposed to be in today 1/17/2022. I called the pharmacy and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, they informed me it has not come in and that it will be in one day this week. So as of tomorrow, he will be 3 days without his medicine. This is ridiculous. I am trying to get the information for the corporate office now. I can honestly say after this, Walgreens will be losing a long- time customer.

The worst Walgreens ever. Let’s start with the service one word (AWFUL). You will receive a call or text saying your prescription is ready only to find out once your there they tell you that you should have called before What? Why? What was the point of the automated system? And don’t get me started on the wait time I’m not even exaggerating have waited over an hour in the line to pick up my meds. Severytimes I about ran out of gas sitting so long. Cars are in the road due to long wit time. I’ve literally seen them take over 30 min helping one customer in the line at the window causing a major car pile up. . So many times I’ve been told we are out of your med s it will be a week. . I’m sorry but if you are that slammed with ppl you need to come up with a more efficient system. This is by far pitiful. Don’t get me wrong the staff most of them are usually very helpful but the overall pharmacy system is jacked up!
