I tested recently for a job and there was an overweight older woman in there who held her ear up to the door whilst I urinated and after, when I put the sample of urine on the counter, the woman picked it up and smelled it and said “ uhh that smells.” To pick up someone’s urine sample and smell it and negatively comment on the smell of their urine is dehumanizing. It’s urine! It’s not supposed to smell like roses. Thanks for the hit on my self esteem. There are cameras & you can’t check the authenticity of my experience. What kind of professional lab technician smells the urine and negatively comments about its smell?! Unprofessional!

The hours on the door say that they are open from 8:00 to 4:00 but they are closed in the middle of the day when most business people would take the time go in for a drug test. The business should cater to their clientele's convenience.
