These guys are great! I went in for a new battery for my iPhone, but because of their thoroughness we discovered my earpiece was only at about half functionality. They cleaned some things up, instead of just charging me for parts like some other businesses would do, and showed me how to keep up with some maintenance for the future. Nash and the team at Tech-Nichol Durango did a great job repairing my engine monitoring device! There were 4 wires that needed to re-soldered to a printed circuit board and I am very pleased with the work. Highly recommend.

Great service! Very knowledgeable and really listened when I was explaining a few details. Everything went exactly as I had hoped. Very reasonable prices, great communication! I will always use this business for my IT needs. Their hours are the best in town as open until 530 so you can get there after work. Open Fridays which is not the case for all IT businesses in town. They came through a recommendation from a friend as I am very happy with the work they do!!

These guys know their stuff! Had an issue with one of my laptop fans. I was in the middle of replacing both of them when I damaged one of the ports.

Tech-Nichol is great to work with! Very energetic and skilled. I had both a desktop computer and a tablet that were having issues and Nash was able to fix the desktop issue. The Surface issue was not fixable (a problem with the Microsoft Surface hardware) but they were able to save all the files for me. I highly recommend them!

I called Phone Medic repair in Durango located next to Walmart for a screen replacement on a iPhone 15 Max pro and they said it would cost $700.00 just for the screen and not including labor. I thought that was ridiculous and had my co-worker call 5 mins later to the same shop asking the same question about an iPhone 15 Max pro screen and they then said it would cost $500.00 for the screen not including the labor. Kinda weird. I did a little research and found these guys that I am reviewing and they were very polite and professional and said the entire fix up for your phone would be $300.00. Also, they gave me a free screen protector. They had the screen in stock and I was in and out within 1 hour. My phone is like brand new now and my screen has had no issues at all so far. I highly recommend them. 👍 Do not take your business to Phone Medic near Walmart. Thanks Tech-Nichol I will be referring you to all my friends moving forward 👍
