Internet was slow and unresponsive and has been an issue. Tried calling and talked to Tech Support. They have escalated it to their so called “Tier 2” and want to do everything over the phone. When requested to have a technician out to look at it they refuse to send one out. Followed their protocol and added a mesh system. This made things worse and no support in setting it up. Found out through many trouble shooting their team does not properly put in notes. When we told them what we did they informed us that they don’t see that in notes and we could have found the script and what to do if we just “googled it”. Informed us that the last call about a problem was 1 year and 7 months ago which is false as we have been discussing this for months. Refuse to credit anything and refuse to come out to fix the problem yet want the monthly fees for a subpar service. Still problems exist but in their email they not it’s fixed and a low priority. Their associates are lazy and are today’s problem collecting a paycheck and doing nothing.

Update - they replied and stated they have done due diligence. I have respected and not made additional contact but yet even leaving it to them they have not attempted to send a person out to resolve. Three days since and no service, no call or follow up except generated tickets. It is now 10 days since initial call and trouble shoot with no one showing up to residence. Four (4) times this particular incident has been to their “Tier 2” with zero follow up and they consider it “low” priority. Have stated no problems since March 2023 yet they were out there in September to install a satellite link for similar issue. I wouldn’t rely on them for anything.

If harassing is following up by calling for status daily, being over interrupted and not listened too, then yelling due to constantly being interrupted then I did do that. I admit I even stated they are lazy and that they would not interrupt in person. Admittedly I even swore and said they are like Biden and his lazy administration.

My review stands and I hope they call and send someone out. I will still state they are the worst in Customer Service. Also, they don’t like truth so will delete reviews on social media and block you for a falsified 100% review rating

AlignTec has been my internet provider for many years. The data connection has been solid and up / download speeds as promised. For the occasional hick-up (less than once a year), tech support has been very responsive.

I've been an Aligntec customer for 4-5 years. Recently I lost my internet connection. Of course, it was a holiday and near closing time. After working with the distance tech I was turfed to the next level which was the Durango tech named Mark. He was able to figure out the problem without someone needing to come to my home. He was a pleasure to work with

If one thing is certain, the words 'thank you' may not be used enough... I have been an AlignTec customer for a couple of years now and the experience is simple: they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and they consistently deliver what they sell, if not more!

Just spent some quality time with Mark on a routine tech call where I was served with courteous, timely, educated support resulting in an improvement to my service. So Thank You AlignTec, for being the example of how to run a business, for providing superior service, and for making it easy and enjoyable.

I have always had a really good experience with Aligntec and where I live it is hard to get good, reliable internet. It is a type of microwave signal so you have to have direct line of sight in order to use it but I have had very few issues. When I have had issues, Aligntec has gotten someone out to service my house within 24 hours and has fixed the problem. Their employee Alex was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I would 100% recommend!

The customer service of AlignTec is above and beyond. I put in a support ticket just before 9pm in hopes that it would get read before my 8:30am meeting the next morning. Not only did they call me at about 9:27, the tech walked me through how to log in to my router and fix what had been reset by a power outage. I have used them for years at two different house and have always been pleased!

We have been with Align Tec for several years nows and find that whenever there is an issue, their Tec teams work diligently to assure the best outcome. Yesterday, Mark helped me solve a tricky issue with my MAC - not his normal area - but he worked until I could receive WiFi again! I am grateful for AlignTec's commitment to providing explemary service!

We have been with this company for over two years now and we have continued to receive sub par internet that continues to disconnect or have such low levels of connectivity that it is basically useless. we pay for the 15mb plan and yet they have only been able to provide that level of service when I call to upgrade the service hoping that we would have a greater level bandwidth to fall back to yet what they give us is less than 3mb at best. I have called almost 40X and now they simply say that they can not do anything about the problem and they also have never been apologetic about the subpar service nor ever provided us with a refund for the lack there of service. if we had any alternative for better service we would use it but there simply is no option. we live in gem village and they say and I am quoting them you will have to deal with the bad service or leave but no offering of any kind of remedy or solution to retain us as customers so if there was a way to provide 0 stars we would. we definitely would never recumbent this service provider.
