Hayk received our laptop in November 2022 to assess it and let us know if it needed any work on it. A month later, he got back to us with an assessment that was worth more than the laptop itself so we just asked to pay for the fees of assessing and receive the laptop back.

It has been seven months and we have not received the laptop back. We have emailed and called dozens of times but he does not respond. We don't know what else to do and we hope that leaving this review will trigger a response.

This guy is awesome. My computer was repaired in just two days. He replaced the hard drive, which was starting to go belly-up, got rid of all of my viruses, AND installed new virus protection. This was all for $230. It's a two-year-old laptop and I might get another two years out of it now.
