I needed paint and wasn’t sure what color I wanted, what kind of paint was best for me, or how much I needed. Tim quickly noticed me standing near the paint. Nice guy. He helped me with everything. He was so patient. I left there with the perfect paint in the perfect color, and two gallons was exactly what I needed. I will go back to this Ace and ask for Tim for all my house project needs. He’s awesome!

I don't know why these guys have hours for the post office if they just run whatever hours they want. I showed up to drop off a package and they said they already closed early today. Pretty unprofessional. The store acts like they don't want to do the post office stuff anyways.

I wanted to reach out and give a compliment to Scott! He was so helpful and made me feel so valued as a customer! I asked him a question and he stayed with me the rest of my visit, educating me on great products for the dilemmas I have had in my yard! Scott, did not try to sell me the most expensive things, but really respected my budget and he really sought to get me very good and reasonable products. He also took time to truly listen to the things I had to say. He is funny and super sweet, a really awesome asset to your store! I am so glad that I stopped in today, I left with a light heart and just so thankful for the OUTSTANDING service I received. So many places seem to have forgotten about service, but Scott is an EXPERT! Thanks for listening! I hope he gets off early to celebrate his anniversary, he deserves it!

Austin was incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped my mom get refills for this really old heavy-duty stapler she had no idea what size to get and apparently it wasn't even a common size. But he stopped help and found the exact one that was needed. Thank you for helping my mom!
