I was needing an older used video card for a project build for a family member. I texted him and he was very responsive, had a great working used card and picked it up shortly after, installed it and works great. This card had the exact video outputs i was needing. Did not have to go order one amazon. I appreciate his quick response and great customer service.

Does a great job and reasonable on repair rates. Very honest too. I bought a hard drive that did not fit my computer. He advised, and offered to give it back. I asked him to use it if he had another repair that it would work on. He paid me back for the hard drive as soon as he was able to use it.

Needed recovery of information on computer for which I had forgotten password. Computer needed checking for viruses, malware, and other fixes. I called a guy at a Huntsville computer shop whom I trusted and who had worked on my computers in the past. I could not take hardware into the shop and needed someone to come to my home to work on it. The Huntsville shop did not offer on-site repair. However, they highly recommended Robert and his son Bobby at R & D Computer Solutions in Scottsboro who do on-site repair.Bobby arrived in Huntsville at the appointed time (even better - actually early).I was very impressed by R & D's work, promptness, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction.These are rare qualities.
