This team is fantastic. Our lead, Brandon Renaud is very hard working and cares about you. We signed a contract with Brandon to sell our condo in Colorado Springs and he made that happen. He made suggestions along the way and negotiated a good contract. We then used Brandon to purchase a new house in CS. He went to multiple houses with my daughter to find the right one and gave suggestions through What's App when she was showing the house to us. We made an offer on one house, but were outbid. We finally found a house and through Brandon's negotiation skills got the house with repairs made by owners.

Both Brandon and Louis Torres, Jr. worked together as a team and Nina Torres helped back them up and relayed messages to them from us.
