Symmetry Builders are working on a project on Broadway and Hawthorn where their workers are parking on both sides of the street and making it impossible to get through to drop off kids at Foothill Elementary School. Total pain in the butt where this has been going on for over a year now. You’d think they have some kind of policy or awareness to at least wait till after 8:30 to park in the immediate area of that intersection. It’s not only inconsiderate it is also dangerous for walkers, bikers, and cars.

The project superintendent at a Symmetry job in Loveland was very rude to me today. I was curious to see this almost complete senior housing facility which is about 10 miles from my home in a sister facility. It was late in the afternoon and the door was propped open so I walked in. Had a nice chat with the 2 guys packing up for the day in the community room area, and took a few photos to share with friends who have purchased a unit in the building.
When I peeked into a room that looked like a working office, this guy was not happy that I was there!! I apologized and explained the door was open and I was an owner in another property. He told he it was a Hart Hat Only Zone.
it definitely was NOT (no sign outside or anywhere in the area I'd already walked through) because if it WAS a HHZ, I would understand why he was so RUDE.
Also, do you notice he is not wearing a MASK? When I first peeked in to the office, he was sitting at a desk with 2 other people and they were all looking at something. Definitely not even close to 6' apart. And he really got in my face, as he escorted me out of the building.
In summary; if he's so DONE with so many other owners walking in to the building, it seems like the burden is on him to 1) put up a No Trespassing sign, and/or 2) Put up a Hard Hat Zone sign and 3) CLOSE THE FRONT DOOR WHEN THE WORKERS LEAVE AT 3-3:30!!
I'm 63 years old and know it's just as easy to be NICE as it is to be RUDE, in a situation like this. He could have created a very positive impression on me, which I most definitely would have shared with all in my building, and those moving to the Loveland property.
As I was leaving, I said I looked forward to seeing the building when it was done, and asked him when that would be. He's the Project Superintendent; of course he knows the projected date of completion . . . but he REFUSED to say.
There is so much unnecessary rudeness online and thanks to the pandemic, I rarely meet strangers and have face to face conversations. Gosh, this could have been the highlight of my day, but instead I'm writing a Google review as a way to let go of this unpleasant encounter.
If you're considering Symmetry Builders for your commercial construction project, ask "Greg" about the start and completion date of the Village Cooperative in Loveland. He wouldn't give me his last name.

As a commercial real estate broker here in Boulder/Denver, I have had the pleasure of working with Symmetry Builders for several years now. They have a highly professional staff who are experts at commercial construction. They are very effective at maintaining budgets and bringing together collaborative teams which include the building owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors. If you are thinking of building a commercial facility, I highly recommend you talk with Symmetry.

We have done work with Symmetry Builders for many years now. They are a great mentorship to us as a small business. They have shown the balance of their contractors and the Ownership interests in each project. This team is by far one of the top GC's in our book. Highly recommend for a project for a owner that may have a future project or sub looking for a quality GC(yes it does still exist). Keep up the great work Symmetry!!

I wish I had found these guys years ago. Thanks for everything ! We will always look to Symmetry for any of our future expansion and commercial build out needs.

Diversified Consulting Solutions, Inc. has had the pleasure of working with Symmetry Builders, Inc. quite a bit this summer. We just wrapped up work and opened doors to students at Compass Community Collaborative School in Fort Collins, CO. Josh Brasseal, SBI project manager, was a great asset to the team and always very responsive to any issues or questions that arose along the way. We are nearing completion on the new vestibule at Woodrow Wilson Academy in Westminster, CO where the SBI team fully addressed security/access control concerns. SBI recently broke ground in Dillon, CO on the Summit Fire and EMS Multi-Jurisdictional Emergency Services Administration Building. Faced with a very tight budget, Henry Zurbrugg and CJ McCray jumped in head first into preconstruction services working tirelessly to ensure construction costs align with the project scope. It’s always a pleasure to work with the entire SBI team and we look forward to continued project success in the future.
