Altitude Integrations has been purchased by Xceptional Company. It is now the worst company I have ever dealt with. They had access to all of our Gsuites, security cameras and several other things. I called to have access to all of my login and passwords and they could not provide it but still charged me $199 for what I don't know. I then requested by Gsuites admin info and requested to end my service with Xceptional and they stopped paying the Gsuites but somehow have no idea what the admin login and password are and sent me another $99 bill for ending the relationship. Worst customer service in hystory.

We just recently switched IT providers, and so far iSupportU has been blowing the last provider out of the water. They are incredibly personable, very knowledgeable on subject matter, and are fantastic at holding your hand through the process. Stellar customer service. I had my iPhone repaired by iSupportU and had a problem with it about 40 days later not functioning properly. Unfortunately the manufacturer's warranty only covered the part for 30 days, but iSupportU stepped up and replaced the screen (again) at no charge, with no fuss. It was certainly an unexpected surprise to receive such great customer service.

When your iPhone breaks (let's face it, they all do eventually) I'd highly recommend you take it into iSupportU

My experience with iSupportU was quick, easy, and successful. My laptop had stopped working and I took it in to be diagnosed and repaired. Stephen helped me at the counter, was really knowledgeable, took time to explain things to me, and ended up fixing the problem on the spot. I've been to other IT service and computer repair shops before and this is the best experience I've had so far. Quick, easy, friendly, and most importantly my problem was solved. You really can't ask for much more and it is great to support a local small business too.
