Office staff of the women's health clinic are rude, inconsiderate, lazy, and incompetent. This may also reflect no less than some, if not all, of the nurses. They waited until having arrived to cancel an appointment. Then acted like it was too much of an inconvenience to correct the issue. It's always great to leave work half day early to not be able to accomplish what needed done. Then said they could squeeze us into a 20 minute time slot from a 40 minute time slot for 2 weeks later. I'd rather not have my doctor rushing twice as fast due to overbooking. Also, that's why you end up getting there well before your appointment only to sit and wait until well after your appointment to be seen. If it takes 40 minutes it takes 40 minutes. There's no way to call a person directly. After listening to a machine tell you "if it's an emergency please hang up and dial 911" several times you'll get an answering machine 90% of the time. On the rare occasion you get an answer from a person, that person will not have an actual answer for you and will transfer you to an answering machine anyway. To which you'll never receive a call back after leaving a message. Using the online portal is about as good a joke as trying to make a phone call. Sending messages and trying to communicate with the portal yields 0 results. This place needs a ground up overhaul from the lowest level employee to the highest paid owner. Rebuild with a set of values, morals, and ethics that Healthcare professionals, and any professional, should have. Save yourself the frustration and never book an appointment here. If you already have an appointment, don't worry, they'll cancel it for you with no notice.

I warn you all! This is the worst place to go to! The doctors are horrible, don't want to be bothered with peasants, don't treat anyone with respect, patient or anyone with that patient. The nurse's have huge attitudes. If even try to look at the monitor, oh boy forget it. They turned a friend's off. I would rather die or drive hours away then ever step foot in that money trap again. Oh and how quick they bill!!! Fair WARNING! Better off going to Alamosa and that speaks volumes!

My nurse Will was amazing, as was Doctor Rose, they helped me figure what was wrong with me and even got me a ride back to my hotel so that I didn’t have to pay for an uber. Amazing staff all around, you can tell that they really care about patients and have integrity to do the right thing 🙏🙏😍

We are from out of state and I got sick enough I needed a hospital, I was very nervous about going to this very small hospital in the middle of nowhere!! Was I shocked. I have never been treated as well as I was treated there. I felt like family and they made sure I knew that I was. The staff was beyond amazing!!! It’s so clean, the food was great, the care was great! You big hospitals don’t even compare ,sorry just a fact. You guys are the best!! The people who staff this hospital are absolutely amazing. Everyone from doctors to housekeeping, meal service to nurses, they all went above and beyond. The whole experience exuded an atmosphere of high professionalism, safety, and true compassion for their patients. I can't say enough about how lovely they made an un- lovely situation! Thanks to everyone there and I definitely recommend this facility for any medical needs.

Very impressed with the quality of care & services of this facility. Small but mighty. Had an unintentional overdose with a cardiac medicarion & my out of town cardiologist wanted me to go to an ER for EKG & labs. Staff got me in immediately, started IV, drew labs & did EKG. Provided me with necessary IV medication and had me out of ER 2.5 hours. KUDOS to Dr McDougall & nurse Vicky and to all the other staff I interacted with. Highly recommend.

While vacationing in Del Norte, my mother-in-law made an unexpected visit to the ER and spent the night as an observation patient. EVERY SINGLE person that we encountered was friendly and caring. Every step of her care was well explained. Because we were from out of state, there were several steps taken to help us, such as calling her script ahead so we could pick it up enroute. The dr also called later to let us know the antibiotic needed changed and sent another prescription to our local pharmacy--so great follow-up. I was very impressed with the care she received! Del Norte should be very proud of their hospital. Highly recommend!

I don't know what the problem is. In the last 3 months I have had 4 orders sent to this hospital from 2 different doctors for a lung CT scan and they claim to have never received them. Going back to St. Mary Corwins in Pueblo.
