This City is full of Douche Canoes. Impossible to work with, planning is the worst. My advice go build somewhere else, maybe they will soon be a landfill, and save everyone the headache.

This location either has awful office management or just so extremely low staffed that it makes getting a simple permit a horrendous experience.
It’s frustrating for those trying to get a permit and I’m sure those working through paperwork of getting a permit…
It’s been well over a few weeks for a permit on building our deck and still nothing…it just makes me want to pull my hair out, but we are trying our best to be patient because I guess what else can we do?🤷🏻‍♀️

Can't get anything done with my street from 77th to 80th larkwood st . We need speed bumps there are posted signs no trucks over 7000 lbs several people have called police for years nothing gets done. People have asked for help the speeders and the large trucks over 7000 lbs keep coming through. Traffic management is not here hardly ever around . The corner is dangerous a truck went into the house on 77th where it joins with larkwood . I have several calls in with there promise to call back and get something done . Nothing gets done No call backs . They want to collect taxes with all this industry heavy equipment right along side residential areas and put all that cash in there pockets but cannot even provide some asphalt on the street for bumps. They are collecting the highest sales tax in the whole metro area but they cannot fix the street to deter 18 wheel semis and dump trucks from constantly coming down it . The 7000 lbs truck sign is not enough . They also collect some of the highest permit fees I have seen in the state .Why can't they help the people that live here for decades ? Because once there in the office position the buck gets passed on .it's a kushy job with no oversite who overseee's the over see er's.
