I wrote a review a few weeks ago critical of the tech support and thought my issues and I removed the review but I realized my issues have not been resolved.

Commerce Sync's support is horrible! They say they have Chat but know one is every online anytime of day. I believe they have abandoned that! The only way to communicate is by email which does not suffice if you have questions. There is no phone support so if you have issues it can take weeks to resolve or they may never get resolved as in my case!

I loved commerce sync when I first signed on. The support was great and syncing worked great. Now nothing syncs and the support is a joke!

Been working with Commerce Sync for over a month trying to get our Square transactions to Sync with Quickbooks Desktop. Customer service responds but is clueless as to how to fix our issues. Literally emailed and called back and forth 60+ times and still not working. Try this, do this, it's a problem on our end, it's a problem on their end, we'll refund you your monthly subscription fee, we got it fixed, we didn't get it fixed, it's still not working, it has never worked, disconnect QB, reconnect QB, still not working >>> still not working. Clearly this product is still in Beta testing and or the engineers that are in customer support are incompetent about their own software. No sense of urgency on the side of customer service despite all the back and forth. I will remove this review if they can figure it out in time before we move on (3 days). We have been 10x beyond patient.

Their customer service sucks!!!!!! They never call you back they wanna do everything by e-mail they can't answer questions and they are clueless. Still can't get QuickBooks to sync properly with Clover and I can never get a straight answer out of them and what the criteria is for them.

Unable to get the app to work on my clover. Unable to make contact with the company after multiple attempts. Played phone tag for weeks. I was billed for a service I could not install. I had to pay an IT person to get it off my clover. I am still waiting for a call
