Recently finished up my onboarding and implemented this software into my business and it has changed everything for us. We are a million times more efficient now. There is so much to learn with this program bc it’s everything you need in one place. Kind of feels like you’re drinking through a fire hose for a few weeks but lucky for me I got to work with Sara Hank through the process and she was absolutely amazing and an incredible resource. She is incredibly knowledgeable of their platform and has a lot of knowledge of our industry which helps a ton. I still have random questions here and there and she’s always there and super responsive to any questions I have to help me get the answers I need in a timely manner. Can’t say enough good about her! Their system is constantly having issues that make the reasons we use the service worthless. Not long ago their mapping function was broken and took them a month to fix it. Now there app itself is broken and won’t allow our drivers phones to synch to the system with the update information. When it works it’s great but their is always new bugs that come up after they fix the old ones.

I enjoy using servicecore, it really simplifies our business from scheduling to invoicing, everything is in once place and it allows me to work from anywhere. Our drivers are able to have it all right on their phones and I love that they can take photos and attach them right through the app for any job. It helps us communicate with customers and clarify things for them. It is also nice that I have someone on the other end I can communicate with if the app or program is ever not working right or I need help with something. Very user friendly with only slight learning curve. I definitely enjoy servicecore and thing it is work the $.

We started our portable toilet business in June 2022. We chose ServiceCore by many recommendations from others. My onboarding was great! Wes took as much time as I needed to get to know the software and would quickly respond to any issues I have had. Sara is always available to answer my questions as well. The customer service line is a lifesaver. Rebecca is so kind, patient and knowledgeable with any questions I may have or any issues that arise. If I have to leave a callback request they always call in a timely manner. I should also mention that I would not be able to keep up with over 400 rentals and the invoicing and payments without this program! We found ServiceCore at the right time, just as our business was expanding. It has helped us immensely, by tracking our inventory, building routes, and billing customers. With how busy things are in the summer, I don't have much else to think about, and ServiceCore allows me to focus my time and energy on other things. The biggest complaint I get is from my drivers in their use of the app, as we work a lot in offline mode. They spend some times in endless loops waiting for jobs to appear, complete, or whatever. With their quick replies from customer support though on any issues that may arise, they are definitely worthy of this 5-star review, as they have made my job so much easier. Thanks!
