I have been using Brandfolder for 6 months now and the platform is fast, easy, and has a clean UX. Their customer service is the best part fo Brandfolder. The system is easy to ingest assets, tag, add metadata, preview, and share. You can easily setup SSO, collections of assets for groups of users, make collections public and generate links for non users to access content. From day 1 their team has been so responsive to my questions and my feedback for improvements. They are very open about their hunger for improvement and to make their customers happy. I have loved working with Brandfolder and I am looking forward to years of working with them.

Brandfolder is a digital asset management or DAM platform. Its purpose is to help organize and access your digital content. I have found it to be much more as it helps me stay organized with my projects, manage creative revisions and allow staff to easily create assets without adobe suite access or knowledge. It has many more benefits. It is ideal for large companies, creative agencies, or anyone with a large database of digital assets.

Customer Support is unparalleled compared with the competition, and I’ve used their main competitor. Onboarding was a breeze and they are very responsive to inquiries whether via phone or email. I cant say enough good things about them. Demo the product, you wont be disappointed.

This tool creates an easy way for our team to share curated brand assets with different brand partners. It doesn't have to be a one size fits all file sharing tool, we can customize the file access depending on who we want to send to. Brandfolder is amazing!

We have a huge network scattered throughout the U.S. and Canada. We were fielding requests for the same materials over and over. Brandfolder eliminates almost all of those requests, as we can provide all the materials -- and then event update or cycle through new ones -- in one location. I haven't felt this passionate about a software platform since I first started using HubSpot.

I use the Brandfolder web interface to access logos and signage templates for hundreds of brands. The UI is intuitive and the search function works great. Images are good quality and downloads are quick.

Brandfolder is great for our purposes, using as an image repository that many can access but few can edit. Loving how fast and responsive it is. The search is a little bit daunting but so far am able to find what I need.
