Donavan has been helping me with my MAC's (desktop and laptop) for over 10 years. I do not let anyone touch my computers but him. He has helped me from getting a new desktop and laptop synced, helping with backups, to getting my desktop running faster. The best part is he can do it all remotely and I just sit back and watch him work. He knows EVERYTHING about Mac's and I would never hesitate to call him. Bonus he is also a super nice guy!!!
