Incredible co-working space! Very well thought out facilities that are impeccably maintained and kept spotless. I toured several co-working spaces in the area before making my decision and this stood out as the best by far. The conference rooms always have availability to book to host larger groups and a couple great event spaces including a unique rooftop and large event center able to host several hundred people.

There is a great and growing healthcare community in the building. The leadership team hosts frequent events to encourage networking within the building and with the larger community. It has been a great way to meet new people.

We recently rented this space for a 75-person offsite, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue was spacious, modern, and we were able to customize the set up for our specific needs.The team on-site was incredibly accommodating and helped with all our setup requirements. Highly recommend!

My team loves office-ing here. The space itself is beautiful - nice design, natural light, plants :). If you want a change of scenery, there are tons of comfy little corners to post up in, including standing desks you can utilize. The building is expertly maintained and always clean as a whistle. GREAT options for event space with beautiful views, microphones and SONOS already in-house, a catering kitchen, garage doors for an open-air feel, a patio on the 7th floor, etc. The meeting rooms are easy to connect to.

I had the opportunity to visit the Catalyst building, and it’s nothing short of stunning. The expansive windows flood the office spaces with natural light, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The modern design, combined with sleek, private office areas and inviting common spaces, creates the perfect atmosphere for work. The rooftop terrace is an added bonus.

The amenities are wonderful, the building is always clean and organized and they do a wonderful job of helping our business run smoothly as property managers.

Our Production company recently filmed at Catalyst and the options they have for offices are amazing. Multiple looks and abilities for filming. Also, the planning and hospitality of Calli Floyd and Nicole Le Febre were top tier. I have filmed at Hotels that can't light a candle to these two and their eye for planning. We've been at Catalyst for over a year now (small office) and really enjoy the location. Office is kept in good condition, great sense of community, gorgeous 7th floor meeting space and "cafe" space. Would recommend if you are looking for a coworking space or even just to rent meeting space.
