I was here to see a Denver Startup Week event. I ended up using the garage because there is a homeless tent city out the back and I didn’t feel comfortable parking my car there and walking a block. There wasn’t even the opportunity to validate. For a venue that sits on the edge of Denver i felt trapped into using their garage for safety, even though there were street parking opportunities.

The garage is not designed well either. You can’t circle around for a parking spot, you have to do a 3-point turn. Then some of the spots are reserved when you do find a spot.

Once parked there are no clear signs in the garage about where to find the entrances. I ended up taking an elevator on one side and walking around the building to find the entrance I was looking for. One set of doors that looked like they entered the building were locked.

The staff was nice and the venue to watch the event was good. The biggest challenge is they didn’t have a presentation system and hearing the speakers was a challenge. Or if they did, it was not being used for those in the back. There was a lot of background noise, so it made it even harder for hear.

Once I left I still could not find an elevator back to the garage. I ended up walking up the on-ramp, which had no sidewalk.

If I have the choice, I won’t go back here.

This is a great working cohabitation space. The layout is a good place to bring clients. Plenty of conference rooms at a coffee shop Deli in the center. Parking for clients as a bit rough during the day, and the area around it is booming. Definitely carpool if you're going there for a meeting or leave early in case there are no spots available which happens often.

Very interesting layout for office spacing. Was not thrilled with the location. The nearby Salvation Army brings LITERALLY HUNDREDS of homeless near the area.

So when you lease space at the Industry, seeing the sheer, deliberate, neglect that is often found in the shared kitchen and bathroom spaces is incredibly disappointing.

I personally, would not lease space here, even though I do, really like how the space here is laid out.

Industry is a wonderful work environment. The building interior had been sliced up into a variety of fascinating small and large work areas. There's tremendous vitality in the youthful workforce. The general feeling is one of serious enjoyment.

This place is the bees knees, it's such a unique, creative use of space. So many cool start ups, awesome cafe, and super friendly people working here.

Great part of town to work at if you have a bike - lots of the people that work here seem to commute this way. Doggo friendly which is a huge positive!

This is the hip, happening spots for entrepreneurships.

The main reason to go there is a nice patio on the 2nd floor with some good views on downtown.
