UPDATE: 5 Stars - The CTO/CEO reached out to me quickly to work together and find a solution to the problem mentioned below. I quickly found that Ringy works 100% more reliably on Firefox at this time. Super helpful customer service!

3 Stars - Really great features and enjoy how efficient I can be making notes, automating things, etc. However, very consistently, the site crashes and freezes/becomes unresponsive every single day. Really think it's time to consider looking at something like Google Cloud for faster/reliable uptimes.

The platform boasts the ability to offer reach to customers, but often times they can't provide these services without stipulation, and those stipulations are dependent of the competency of their staff, which is just not there. Couldn't verify our business with the first account, and then confused me with my business partner due to a phone number and locked the second account. I don't want these people to have access to the PHI of my potential clients.
