After filing with CorpNet for a dissolution of my company, I reached out to their team to confirm that everything was complete and there was no further action needed on my end. I was assured that the dissolution was complete via email response, yet months later I received documentation from the state that proved the dissolution was not complete and there were additional fees and paperwork that needed to be filed. I paid CorpNet over $400 to do a service that wasn't even complete, and I could've just done myself. After reaching out to CorpNet in regards to this issue, my concern has just been passed off from one team member to the next for over a week saying that they're unable to help me, but someone else can. I still have not received any real customer support from this company resolving this issue, nor clarification on what actually was or wasn't done in regards to the dissolution service I paid for. I would NOT recommend using CorpNet.

Helen is INCREDIBLE!!!!! She was so helpful getting our business tax rates figured out for our payroll (which I find to be a very confusing process). I am so thankful for her help this morning. It made my day!! It is refreshing to know some companies still care about customer service!!
