As a general contractor, I have been with Burns Accounting (Nelly) now for 2 years, and have had a great experience, quick service, questions answered, with the "Remote Desktop" access to the computer, is fast and accurate, you are "walked" thru the the process, which is very helpful to keep the books in order, very reasonably priced, and easy to talk to, I am impressed.
Please note: the QuickBooks customer phone support seems to be more out of country, and moving to Online & subscription only, which costs a a-lot more, to have Burns Accounting (Nelly) is invaluable for all Quickbooks and accounting questions.being in construction we don't have time to learn all that QuickBooks has to offer so Nelly has been the answer.
