Product is limited support blows, when I forgot about a automatic renewal and asked to terminate no understanding or flexibility they just took the money... Never using this stat far away there are better options and better companies than this joke of a company. Save your $$$$ go elsewhere thank me later

I used bomb bomb for a very short time. They kept my cc info and auto renewed me for $800. The moment it went through my cc I emailed them. I explained I had not even used the account in almost a year. They told me they could not reverse the charge but would be happy to unsubscribe me.
Customer service is pathetic. The product and service itself was not worth using as well.

Very upset with this company. I haven't used them in 2 years and unbeknownst to me they held onto my credit card information and auto renewed to the amount of $800.00 without me knowing. I pride myself on exceptional customer service and a request to cancel and reimburse me was met with a form reply. Nobody there to talk to. Ugh!!

I feel robbed. Screen record option doesn’t fully work with MacBook or Apple products. They won’t tell you this. I unknowingly had my account set to auto renew which they set by default and Immediately asked for a refund after I noticed the charge on my bill and they refused. Now they’re ignoring my emails (there is no phone number to call). Terrible customer service and support. There are much better platforms out there for way cheaper. Stay far far away from this company.
