The lady there is very nice and helpful with anything I needed, but recently went in to ask or talk about unemployment and the guy there just goes "dahhh, you sign up for unemployment online" I wait for a follow-up and nothing; didn't offer any help? with the web address, telling me or offering me a walk through on it, I know they have computers for public use didn't offer them, what's the point of this guy being here if he doesn't help anyone and where he works primarily has to do with helping people? Still doesn't give me the exact web address and I guess I was in the right about how I was supposed to be offered a computer and wasn't V.

I appreciate all the wonderful people at the Cortez Workforce Center. They are all very helpful and professional. I would really like to let everyone know how extra helpful "Della" has been. She has help my company over many years and with every type of problem an employer could possibly have.

Each and every time I have called Della she has taken the time to make sure I understand the situation, answer, law, regulation, time frame or whatever induced my call! She goes above and beyond her duties to help. If I could get her to come work for me I would do it in a second!
