Our experience with C Squared has been very positive. The engineers are knowledgeable AND have a personality, not a combination that you find very often in IT people. They've been responsive to our IT needs and have taken good care of us overall. The reason for the 4-star rating rather than a full 5 stars lies in communication rather than technical ability. While communication has been good, there is room for improvement. It can sometimes take a while to get a response to requests for quotes, project planning, things of that nature. Shine that up before this time next year and that elusive 5th star could be yours...

Being an old building with challenging technology we have the pleasure of using C Squared services quite frequently. Our small business interviewed multiple IT consultants before selecting C Squared to upgrade and manage our networking and hardware needs. We have been through several IT consulting services. We did not feel we were completely in control of our technology decisions and spending. Everything was out of the scope of the agreement and became a fixed-cost with limited support options. We have been abused and used by the IT industry where we were spending too much money on the acquisition and management of our office technology. Finally, we have found a company that is a good fit for us and that makes sense. Many IT support providers simply count workstations , users, servers, and come up with a flat rate monthly support cost. While it is important to do so, C-Squared takes it a step further and looks at what our business is using them for. We are paying for what we need, and not what we don’t need. They understand our business goals and provide a technology management strategy to support our growth. Their help desk provides end-to-end solutions for all IT problems. They provide effective technical assistance through web-based support solutions via remote connections to solve any issue. They recently completed an e-mail migration project to Office 365 and it went well. We have been with them for a year now and we are satisfied with their services.
