I run a mid sized digital marketing firm specializing on construction contractors and building product manufacturers. Within those categories is home service contractors and one of my clients AKVM Roofing of Bradenton, Florida recently signed up with Blazeo.

We work with Susan Moore as our onboarding specialist and Abudl Haseeb as our dedicated tech support rep as well as their sales and tech support teams. The experience working with Blazeo has been wildly more professional and helpful than my expectations when we started down this path.

The client is very, very pleased with the performance of the system, Im specifically addressing the implementation process which has be wonderful. Susan, Abdul as well as sales and tech support teams have went out of their way to be helpful. In fact they shouldered the responsibility of integrating the leads from their systems to the AKVM Roofing CRM system. We are so grateful for their help.

Honestly, I hate "chat bots" but the fact they have real, intelligent and professional HUMAN BEINGS that interact with customers through the app is a huge leap forward in my view. I think people using most chat bots can feel its not a person. With Blazeo, you can (don't laugh) feel the warmth of the rep and their genuine desire to help the web visitor schedule a roof inspection or replacement roof proposal.
