My girlfriend and I came in to buy a bike for her daughter. They didn’t have the size in stock for her but they looked around and found the exact bike we were looking for at the trek store in El Dorado hills. They called them and had them hold the bike for us. We went up there same day and bought it. We did end up ordering a bike for my girlfriend at Hub. They said the bike would be in the following week. They called us that next week and said it was ready to be picked up. They are extremely nice and helpful at the Roseville store. And they’re on top of it. I went back and picked up my girlfriends bike that week. During our first trip to The Hub I saw the new Trek Marlin 8 and decided that I wanted to get that bike for myself. When I went back to pick up my girlfriends bike Rj was helping me checkout and I was talking to him about the Marlin 8. He was offering to knock down the price a little since we just bought the other bike from them. This really made me want to get the bike. I went back about a week later and picked up the Marlin 8. I put orange grips on the handlebars and metal petals. Rj and Joe gave me a great deal on the bike and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so excited to get back into biking and I can’t wait to take my bike back into them for tune ups. These guys are riders themselves and know what they are doing and talking about. They also couldn’t be nicer. This will be my main bike shop for as long as I live in Roseville. Thank you Hub for two amazing bikes and helping us get the first one. Ten out of Ten stars for this shop!
