We have a complex offering of specialty fiber optic products and needed a full revamp of our website. John and his very capable team at NetPilot were able to migrate over to a very organized and technically superior looking website. The new site offers significant operational and ease of navigation for our customers. We were reluctant when searching for someone, or a company that would be able to pull off a website with such technical and specialized products, but after reviewing and talking with several firms, we ultimately selected NetPilot and feel confident that we made the best decision after experiencing the final product. Our site is now beautiful and extremely easy to navigate. The costs were very reasonable for the superior service we received.

Our site was not a simple site transition. We had content that was outdated, pages that looked horrible and pictures that were not setup properly. NetPilot helped us as we began the journey. They created an outline of where we wanted to take the site. The team has usability knowledge (they know what users do) and knows how to design with them in mind. Now that we are on the other side of the launch, we have a website we are now maintaining internally. It’s highly organized. I’m the Information Technology Officer for this Fire Department and I do not get any benefit for saying any of the above.
