The employees at BioSweep are ALL courteous and very helpful. Bryant has been respondent to my questions as they arise and goes out of his way to help. We had our basement remediated for mold and sealed any cracks and openings with spray foam. We also had the basement encapsulated. Jim and his team are all great and every employee who has come to the house to work has been friendly. I recommend Bio Sweep to anyone concerned with mold.

Biosweep of Auburn: We purchased a home and the previous owners had indoor cat and dog and the odor was overwhelming, to say the least. I had tried everything including professional cleaning, grout and tile steamer tool rental, vinegar, multiple solutions. Nothing helped. I reluctantly gave Biosweep a try. Bryant and his crew did an excellent job. It was like magic!! If your home suffers from pet odor use Biosweep!! 10/10

We worked with Jim Callahan who developed a plan, and using their specialized equipment and processes, removed all the mold. And Jim recommended steps we took to control humidity in our home to prevent another occurrence. I can't recommend BioSweep highly enough.

BioSweep of Auburn, AL successfully removed the cigarette smoke odor from a house I purchased. Thirty-two (32) years of chain smoking had left its mark in extreme odor. The treatment was successful. I highly recommend Bryant Marshall’s service and the use of ozone generators for refreshing your home from difficult odors.

Overall I think Biosweep did what they were supposed to do. Communication was a bit frustrating at times, but Jim Callahan was the best to work with as far as getting g me through this ordeal as I had and are still having a time with insurance company being fully reimbursed from water damage. I asked if they could provide someone to do the Sheetrock as it was damaged by incoming water and it was a terrible job. But this was not part of mold removal. Overall they did a good job. Jim is the best.
