The help line techs were nice but did a poor job. Talked to 3 different techs because no repairman was contacting me and they always have in the past. I was given a ticket number but the last help line person couldnt find it but did do a new ticket and Matt Brown came out to eval and make the repair. He stayed here until all issues were resolved. Excellent experience with Matt. Poor experience with helpless tech support team thus the reason for 4 stars

We have been customers since 1998 and have been extremely satisfied with TEC. They always go above and beyond in providing quality service. The technicians are prompt and professional. The office staff is always friendly and willing to answer any service questions you have. TEC is an active participant in our community as well. They are not just a business, they are our neighbors and friends.

TEC has had some problems in the past with their internet service but those problems have been fixed. This company is dedicated to great customer service and they deliver it. They are also the best example anywhere of what a company should do to be good corporate citizens for a small town. They are always the first to volunteer for charitable events! They always set the bar high with donations of money and manpower when a need arises. TEC is my favorite company in Roanoke, Al. and they provide great phone and internet service.
