Awesome company to deal with! I called them on a Tuesday close to their closing time and talked to Kim. My alarm system app notified me that my door system batteries were low. Instead of Kim scheduling me for a later date she asked her Tech, William if he could help. William came out to my house and changed batteries and updated my sensors, the same day at closing time!!!
And I didn’t have a service plan. I now have a new service and battery plan. Thank you Kim and William. The Gibbs family appreciates you both!

I have used ADS for all my security needs because they have been so helpful since day one. I started at my business in Prattville and was so impressed with the customer service that I had them do my Montgomery location also. When I finally got high speed Internet where I live Eric Franklin came out here to give me a quote and it was so reasonable. William was the technician and he is about the most knowledgeable and nicest person ever. He was so patient and explained everything in detail. He was very courteous in every aspect and beyond professional. My husband was so impressed with this company that they are now going to be changing over to ADS as well. They customize security systems and due to a lot of theft in the area surrounding my husband’s work, they have come up with a customized plan to stop any more burglaries there. We highly recommend Eric, William, and the entire ADS crew.
