Sales associates continue to call despite us letting them know we currently do not have any interest in their services. When told so, they get an attitude and become rude. They call at least once a week after we have told them we do not have any interest in their services.

Customer service here is great. I got lock out my account and was scared I was going to lose all my dogs records but the ITs really helped me out and got me back in within a couple hours of reaching out to them. If your vet uses this I highly recommend checking it out

So this company's sales approach is to call and say they have a new client who wants to book with your clinic. They then ask if you would be interested in their services. Then the "potential" new client calls and states that she really likes their service, and supposedly confirms or in our case books yet another appointment. When you tell the PetDesk representative that you are not interested in their service (which by the way is in no way unique and offered by a number of other companies) the rep responds with, "Let me get this right, your doctor doesn't want the clients we are going to bring him?" In the end you have set-up a client in your files who will never show for their appointment. The good news is that PetDesk offers a service to help you reduce your no-shows, so you could have that solution going for you. Stunningly unprofessional approach by a company which will need access to your practice management database.
