I’ve been renting my office space at Expansive since 2022, and I truly enjoy being part of this community. From the moment you walked in, everything about the space makes you feel welcome and motivated to grow your business. The common areas, rooftop and amenities, like the coffee, tea, and kitchen are all great! Nikki, the office manager, is amazing!! She always goes above and beyond too support tenants and guests, she does a great job organizing community events! I also love the vibrant colors and positive energy that Expansive brings to the workspace. Highly recommend!

Reserved a room here because I needed to hyper-focus on an important strategic day of work, and it was great! The room was soundproof, and the office has a coffee machine to keep you going! It was great and I highly recommend for folks who need a space to focus and get away from the home office. I was proud of how productive I was and how much work I was able to output in a single day.

I came in a few days ago for a tour of the offices. The manager Nikki helped me out and I have to say she was very on point. I threw many questions at her and she was very knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The offices are pretty spacious and affordable. This is a great space to network and socialize with other business owners as well.I am looking forward to renting an office and meeting more people like her.

Had a power outage and needed a place to work. Expansive was able to provide me with a last minute office to work out of. It was quiet and clean place to work. They had an open kitchen and vending machine for quick snacks. The staff is very responsive. Great place to work.

Had an amazing time at Expansive. Huge shout out to Nikki, the Community Manager, for marking this such a welcoming space. Rooms were great to work in, they had everything we needed and the rooftop was a huge plus to relax in for our lunch breaks. Highly recommend this space. I will definitely come back when in San Diego again.

I had a great time at this Expansive location. Julio and Nikki were both awesome and super welcoming. Facilities are modern, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend working here for whatever needs and will check out other Expansive offices in other cities.
