I got internet for a new home in PMC in December 2024 and could not be more happy with the internet and the service!! Marc is super communicative and showed up with the tech when he said he would and was adamant about trying to find the very best solution for my particular property. The internet is super fast and no lag or outages or any of the other complaints I hear from others in the area. Affordable and reliable internet, definitely recommend!

By far the absolute worst choice for internet on the mountain. It's unbearably slow and on top of that they have the nerve to charge overage fees. There are 0 reasons to choose this over any other provider.

I used FMIS for about 1 year. I no longer live in the area so I suspended my service. Installer was professional and had my internet hooked up the same day. FMIS was my only option in the Lockwood Valley area. They will install a receiver that looks like a small satellite dish which needs a clear line of sight to their tower on top of Tecuya mountain.

Speeds were good; I had no problem streaming video in HD and playing xbox live. There is a monthly data cap so you need to watch your usage. Its a mom & pop type business so customer service was always easy to reach and friendly.

Trash. This has been an ongoing struggle for almost 8 years now. Currently going on my 4th day straight of downloading a video game and it’s barely halfway done. Frazier mountain Internet is wildly known for cutting off your bandwidth if you are using too much of it. Basically shutting off your services to the lowest possible function and then charging you an absurd amount of overage charges just because their services suck and they need to make up for it. Save your money and your private information because these scam artists will do everything in their power to rip you off completely. Less than 0 stars.
