The company's products are great (good quality and competitive prices) and the owners and team that works there are great. 26yrs of MTB and I really like their products and have a bunch spec'd on my bikes - especially like the carbon bits. Also, while models are limited, the tires they offer are top notch.

Been meaning to write a review here for a little while, I bought one of their cassettes a couple of years ago that developed a creak. I got on the phone to talk to them about it and being in the next town over they invited me to come over with my bike. The 2 piece model I had now had a new system for assembling as my model had had a few issues. They replaced at no charge for the new model. Now THAT is customer service you don't always experience these days and I am very appreciative. New cassette is solid, thanks guys!

If I could give it 0 star I would.

I wouldn’t waste my time with this company.

Trying to get components in Europe is impossible and replying to a simple email is just none existent.

EThirteen don’t care about customer service or the customer for that matter. If I was you I’d take my money elsewhere and buy a different brand altogether.

I’m surprised EThirteen is still in business. Good luck on your 5 year warranty, it’ll probably take them 4.5 years to get back to you and another 5 years sending a replacement item back.

Was a good company many years ago but sadly not anymore. A Joke!

One of our GO TO brands! e*13 has come along with some great product and they always seem to be pushing the bar higher! Cassettes, cranks, wheels/rims and TONS more! Give them a try, you'll love them!

Terrible quality. Everything on my YT bike that is e*thirteen has broken or under performed. It’s cheap Chinese materials that don’t last unless you ride on pavement.
