Been going to EZ Tax for years now Gilma and the staff have been nothing but professional, its a family affair, dont see many small family run businesses as much anymore. I read reviews of people who post bad experiences, i just can't believe it. They are organized first come first serve, my sister does her taxes there, and i know quite afew people who do there finances with EZ Tax nothing but good things to say about them.

Horrible experience, I don't think I have experienced a tax service as unprofessional as this one. We came here regularly, this year will be our last. We were helped by Maria Seledon who was rude and passive aggressive. I understand people have bad days but you do not take it out on your customers. Last year, my husband and I had a bad year, we had work injuries, loss of investments, business failures and we're mobilized on military orders causing me to be separated from my family along with many other unfortunate things. If it could go wrong, it did. This woman judged us, humiliated us and treated us like we were trash! We asked to be helped by some one else who was more helpful but it was clear that these woman we're burnt out, thus creating an uncomfortable environment. They had no patience, they are charging us $140 for something that didn't even take 20 minutes, the least they could do is act professional. Do not waste your time here.

Falsa information en Los services que ofrecen
Llame para ir a hacer un servicio de consulta para los servicios de llevar la contaduría de un pequeño negocio me dijeron que si que podia ir en cualquier momento entre días de la semana, en 10 minutos acudi al lugar y me dicen que ya no atienden servicios de tax-booking para pequeños negocios y le dije que por teléfono me habian dicho que si era la persona que me contestó la llamada puede reconocer la voz de una señor mayor y su voz era irreconocible y dijo que quizás había sido otra muchacha y si trabajan juntos por que no van de acuerdo en los servicios que ofrecen para mí es falta de profesionalidad
