I wish I could give 6 stars. This place was so wonderful to me. I came 20 minutes early like they said to and was seen 10 minutes early. I’ve always had to wait past the actual appointment time at doctors offices. This place had me in and out so fast. This was my first time getting a wellness check and Nikkeya Boyd helped me breathe my way through my anxiety. She was so understanding and gave me tips on how to feel more relaxed through the process. If you are a high anxiety person like me, she is definitely the gynecologist you should see!

I had an important ultrasound at the end of 2024 but had to cancel due to benefits issues. I was told to call back once that was resolved. So I called back and asked to reschedule that appointment. The woman over the phone was rude. She didn't take any of my information and stated abruptly the doctor would have to look into that and will call me back. I tried to ask a question regarding the fill-in doctor that I was seeing during that time ( my doctor was out of office), but the lady cut me off and stated that my old doctor will be the one to need to reschedule it. More than a week passes by and I still didn't hear anything from the doctors office. So I called back and thankfully the woman who answered the phone this time is helpful. She immediately takes my information and schedules me my appointment right then and there. She did not see any note regarding my doctor needing to call me back which means the previous woman never created a note in the system. Also why couldn't the previous person I spoke to make the appointment? I'm giving two stars because this new woman, I wish I would have gotten her name, was very helpful and very efficient with her work.

Love love love Dr. Boyd! She listens, understands, took her time with me and even asked if she could examine me…. I have not been to a gynecologist in over 10 years due to unpleasant experiences… I am so happy to have found her and will resume my regular exams with her for now on. Her staff is also amazing-very friendly and kind. I will be referring her to my friends as well… 🤗

I recently had a wonderful experience at this doctor's office. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns. The office itself was clean, modern, and had a very calming atmosphere. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking excellent medical care.

NP Nikkeya Boyd is WONDERFUL! I’m always so scared of IUD replacements and she helped me breath through and wiggle my toes to distract my mind so that the placement was a success. I’m extremely grateful for her thorough, competent, and compassionate care - 10/10!!

The most embarrassing experience I have ever had with a gynecologist.
Literally the doctor JACQUELINE HARRISON, PA has no professional ethics at all. I was being vulnerable and told her what I needed and she said it was fine and then she started laughing, although she tried to hide it, she couldn't stop, she even apologized and continued laughing.
definitely too immature to be in that position

Hands down the best care provider I have ever had. I feel heard at every appointment. The staff is amazing. Yes. Every single one of them. Dr. Boyd spotted an issue after I my primary care doctor gave me a “good” on my physical and I am now the healthiest and most confident in my wellness that I’ve ever been. The value of knowing you can trust your doctor explicitly is worth my previous weight in gold.
