Our organization has been using the WolfCom system since 2019, we have purchased over 100 HALO cameras to include stand-alone systems to operate the system. The WolfCom BWC (Body Worn Cameras) are some of the best BWCs on the market today for their value.

The Wems system technology is amazing that upload all videos at the end of the shift and gets the BWC units ready for the next day. The customer service is TOP NOTCH if there ever is an issue or you need help or have any questions. All emails or phone calls to customer service are returned promptly.

If your organization is looking for body cameras, I highly recommend you go with Wolfcom. We are loyal customers, 2019- 2023.

We have used Wolfcom cameras (HALO) for several years at our larger community college (Stark State College, Canton, Ohio) and the tech and customer service has been wonderful. They are very fast to respond and have been a great partner to work with in order for us to meet our need for body camera use requirements. We have had literally no technical issues with our HALO cameras.

If you are considering accessories, we use the "Big Fat Halo Clip: for our pool cameras and we use the magnetic mount for our officers who have assigned cameras. Both clips are really good but because a large part of my staff are part-time, the Big Fat Clip just makes it easier for my part-time staff to transition between use.

I purchased the Halo 2.0 for my department. I was very happy with the customer service that was provided. Anytime that I called, the same representative answered and never had to play phone tag. Setup was a little complicated for me but the tech remoted in and had me set up in minutes. Pricing was perfect for my small department. If there was a negative, I would say that i wish they offered me different mounts at the time of purchase. Just another purchase transaction, so no big deal.

I was skeptical with the system when I was introduced. I felt that I was coming in to take over a system that I knew nothing about and was very cold in accepting it. However, the service personnel at WolfCOm made it so easy for me to adapt and understand the technology, I am now an expert in using it. I recommend it to all LEO Agencies. We rarely have issues with the Wolfcom equipment we purchased, and when we do it is usually fixable, but on those rare occasions when I have to call in for assistance and support, the Wolfcom employees have always been pleasant, professional, and polite.

Recently, Andrea Casim contacted our office and we discussed our account and equipment. She was VERY pleasant, even though I had little information on hand (our area/ Nebraska was experiencing a blizzard and the administration was not in the office), we were able to locate the needed information, work through the details and, once again, Wolfcom has a very satisfied customer.

It is THIS type of interaction (along with the solid, easy to use equipment) that makes us lean heavily toward staying with Wolfcom for our next order.

I purchased halo BWC'S for our department approximately three years ago. We initially had issues with getting familiar with the cameras and their use. Wolfcom's customer service and tech support was very good - you could actually call and talk with someone, who solved any issue we threw at them.

Wolfcom would deal with any police department large or small and the price was reasonable for their products. We are a small department, Motorola and Axon wasn't interested in us, since we were not BIG enough for them. I would recommend Wolfcom for any size department.
