I highly recommend Roof Repair Specialist! Our HOA hired them to replace the flat torch down roof on our 8-unit townhome building. This was a challenging project particularly with all the HVAC units located on this area of the roof. But, they handled it extremely well for a fair price. They have a "can do" attitude and were quick to repair and address any issues or concerns. We also had rain show up in the forecast after they started and they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule in time for the rain event. Julio was our production coordinator and Alvaro was the onsite foreman. These two individuals did an amazing job. We'll definitely recommend and use them again when we are ready to replace our asphalt shingle roof.

Shant came over to our house the next day after I called to give an estimate for a new roof. He was friendly, thorough and took his time to explain all the details of this job. I am very impressed by the company and how well it is run. They did my neighbor's house and they did a fantastic job, the work was seamless and went from start to finish like a well orchestrated masterpiece without pauses or missing days. Very professionally run and every team member did quality work! My other neighbor redid his roof at the same time by a different company and they had to constantly watch that crew for mistakes by their rush to finish and move on.
