Great business to do business with! I could get products cheaper at a big box store but the level of service far surpasses the box stores and more than makes up for price. My business has used them for years and if I need them they are there weather on the phone or coming to my office.

Great staff with incredible knowledge! Don't buy your equipment ANYWHERE else whether you are a company or an individual in West Alabama. Buying printers, computers, including Mac related products at their subsidiary, The Core, costs the same as buying at Best Buy, Staples, etc..., except you get to avoid set up problems, software and hardware conflicts and unnecessary downtime.

They troubleshot my Mac (for free) and uploaded my software and files to my new Mac for the same price as buying the computer. As my business grows, I will buy EVERYTHING from them. Run, don't walk, and sign up with these guys if you own a business, small or big. You will save so much money and headaches as you grow.

The employees will NEVER sell you anything you don't need AND will answer any question you have, whether, you are a tech newbie or a pro, in language that mirrors your level of knowledge. That kind of integrity is priceless.

I LOVE Tuscom! I have ALWAYS had amazing help from them regarding our computers at work and my personal computer. I always think the latest technician is the best, lol. But let me just say, Destyn goes above and beyond when I need help. He is amazing! He explains what it happening in terms I can easily understand. He's so patient and very kind. But, again, ALL of the techs are great!
