The Products themself would be fine, but sadly the whole communication isn't. Whole software will get canceled with just one month notice, support request stay open and will get forgotten.... I guess it's fine for a small size business who can handle that risk, but for companies with organized processes they are just not a reliable partner.

I just bought the software and cannot open the file to launch it. Technical support is from a bot, not a live person. I am likely to cancel my subscription. This is not a good start.

This company gives the worst service possible. Even when you want to buy a license and email them on several email addresses, there will be no answer for weeks (still waiting). Also no one will pick up the phone for EU customers calling the (UK) support number for days now (and counting). So you can you imagine what the after sales service will be..
