All the good reviews must be her close friends and family because I can’t imagine any actual client leaving a good review with her attitude and customer service. I’ve had to go to her twice because I needed specialized services and both times she’s been extremely rude. She’ll barely let you talk and when you ask questions she treats you like you’re dumb. Overall a very unpleasant experience which I hope to never repeat again, you’re better off driving to L.A to get the same services.

I don’t recommend this place her customer service is terrible she doesn’t treat customers right when she’s working with another customer she’s supposed to treat customers the same way she ignores you I walked in she was working with a customer and she ignored me for about 1 hour until she got back but you should’ve been more nicer to your customers

That lady had a terrible attitude when I walked in. I told her what I needed and I guess she misunderstood. When she looked at my form she corrected me in a snarky way and repeated what she thought she heard. I must’ve given her a look like she was crazy. Then when someone else walked in she greeted her and was very nice. I was confused. I was black and the other lady was Latina.🤷🏽‍♀️

I have visited this establishment for myself on two different occasions and came with others that I have referred. Leslie is ALWAYS rude and NEVER has a pleasant attitude. You would think she could have a better attitude to people who continuously support her business but she never does. I will no longer support her business or refer anyone else to her and I don't recommend anyone else to.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I came in recently for a live scan for a professional license. Never had one done before however heard it is a rather smooth experience but not at this place. When I arrived the business owner looked scatter brained while working with another customer. While she was doing so, she was very unpleasant when I walked in. She said "what are you here for". At that moment I should have turned away. She had such a bad attitude and asked me about a form only for her to retrieve the form on her own. She then proceeded to tell me to fill out the form and highlighted the given areas followed by completing the live scan as if she did not want to help me. Very rude and rushed me the entire time.

Something told me this was not going to go well.

Fast forward to 4 going on 5 weeks later, I get mail from the board that they have not received the live scan I completed at this establishment. I was very very upset and angry to find this out. When I brought this up to her attention, she said she did not submit my form because it was missing information. HOW?

When you are running this type of service it is your job to verify that you have the necessary information to complete the service. Especially if I paid you a questionable amount of money to get it done correctly and on time. Absolutely ridiculous. When I brought it to her attention she was not even apologetic and she did not even attempt to contact me and let me know my form was supposedly "missing information". Do better! And at the very least be pleasant to your customers.
