I had high hopes for my project with Jacob and his team, but unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. Despite multiple assurances that the website would be completed, there has been little to no progress on the design layout or strategy.

I worked with Amanda and then Sarah. Amanda reached out to me after I posted on fb needing a logo. She sent me some designs and I picked one I liked but wanted to make changes on. I paid $69 for one of the packages. After payment, she told me that I was being transferred to Sarah, who is in charge of my Account. I was a little confused because I thought I was working with just Amanda. She informed me that she works for American webs master and gets clients from fb with her personal account. I talked to Sarah on the phone, who got right in to trying to upsell me with business startup tools. I told her all I wanted was my logo. She then told me she has to Ask me several questions about my business to try to get the best logo for me.I told her that Amanda already made a logo and I just wanted to make changes to it, And now i'm starting to feel like this is a scam. She literally laughed at me and started being rude, telling me about all of the businesses that she helps. I told her that doesn't apply to me as i'm trying to get help with my logo and she's not helping me at all. She just started aguing with me about the business start up and didn't concern herself with the changes I wanted to my logo so I ended up just hanging up the call. I then got a phone call from Amanda who at this point was just yelling to try to talk over me.,interrupted everything I said, and wouldn't listen to me until I hung up on her as well. I messaged both of them asking for my money back and telling them that it was not a good fit to work with either one of them. Amanda, messaged me back and said that she kept interrupting me because I was just saying the same thing...Yes, I was saying.give me my logo or give me my money back. It's been close to 2 weeks now. I do not have a logo and I do not have my money back. But Amanda is still on my Facebook putting likes on my posts. Yet ignoring me when I message her. So I have obviously been scammed.
*update one month later 10/9/24 I've received a call from Sara who is now trying to send me files that I didn't even approve so they don't have to give me a refund. The call disconnected so I called the 877 number on their website and a man answered. I tried to explain my issue to him and wanting a refund and he hung up on me. Shady scammers.....
