Give your stuff to the receptionist let them input everything so joe can crush it at the end well worth it.

Joe is not a good at what he does. I specifically asked for Veronica Fields, come to find out he did my taxes. Not once did he meet with me, but then blamed me for not providing him with the proper documents. Long story short, save your money and go somewhere else. His receptionist is the one that went over my taxes with me…HIS RECEPTIONIST. He costed Veronica Fields 3 clients that have been coming to her for over 10 years. He doesn’t operate in GOOD FAITH.

My wife and I did not experience professional service. We requested 2 things: our 2017 tax file and a 2016 correction. On the day of our appointment we waited over 3 hours for them to finish filing our 2017 taxes. They then said they would charge $70 for the 2016 correction, "a deal" since we were doing both things at once, and they would call when it was ready.

2 months later, we hadn't heard from them. If you call their office, you get a machine. I had to call 4 times before someone actually picked up. They said they would have the correction done within a week.

2 weeks later, still nothing. I tried calling again, and left a message. No response. So I tried the email on their website. It was Joe who responded to my email, stating that the correction was ready, for $95. I emailed back twice, trying to explain that the fee should have been $70, and both times I received no response. That was it for me.

The reason I gave 2 stars is because the people there actually are nice, when you are dealing with them face to face, and their prices are ok, when they remember what they are. Otherwise, their turnaround time is terrible, and good luck trying to get a status update from them while they screw up your account.

Maybe it was just a random bad experience that happened to fall on us, but I would not recommend them.

They were rude, argumentative, and wasted so much of our time. I am not going to go into details, but their laziness almost cost my mom a lot of money. Do not go here, unless you like overpaying for terrible service from women who don't even know what a tax transcript is.
