The front desk receptionist was so nice and he was very friendly when I got there. Eugene made filing my taxes very good. He's super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to answer any questions. Plus, he found me some extra deductions I didn't even know existed. Definitely would go there again next year :))

Never go to this place for tax return. I went there and the woman (Tammy) charged for full fee but the return was unexpectedly low because she knew nothing about eligible credits for filers. I withdrew my application (and went with another firm) but they took my money (even it was small but showed how bad they are).

Waited for an hour to be seen. I asked if Tammy could estimate both my wife an my tax to see what would yield better results, based on who claims our kids. Her response was, "I don't have time to estimate". However, her phone rings immediately after telling me she does not have time and she takes a five minute conversation while we sit patently and wait. We would have paid for her time to estimate. It is a walk-in service, its not like she has a schedule apt and she needs to hurry, there was only one person waiting after us. We would have been glad to pay for her time to estimate our taxes. Very unprofessional, take your money to someone else who cares about helping their clients.

To save yourself headaches please don’t go here. The tax preparer like Tammy and those that works there will in our whatever they like then in the end you’ll get audit. I myself go to a professional tax preparer where they’ll review your previous years and in put everything carefully unlike this place. Seeing family and friends go to this unprofessional place is painful to watch. Save yourself headaches from audits and such by going else where. There are other Chinese/ Vietnamese speaking around there too.

Be careful when filing tax here. My parents been coming here since 2011 until 2018. 2018 tax return got audit and they traced back. The tax preparer added “the American opportunity credit” for 7 years straight when only 4 can be used and my parents didn’t know any English and let alone the law so it was never a red flag to them when it comes to sign in the form. I called front desk today and the guy who answered the phone started saying that why would I think they steal money and such which I never once say any of that. All I asked was if the tax preparer in the office and he asked what the issue, I told him that we are getting audit the school credit and I would like to know why I’ve been going to the same person every year but they couldn’t keep track with the file. He started laughing and said they have too many people they don't keep track or review previous years when they file the current year tax return. Also, he started laughing saying that my parents signed something they didn’t understand so that’s their fault. Never once in my life met such a rude front desk clerk. Oh then he also said these people are old why would they claim school credit? It’s a joint filing with kids on it and he can’t even review right. Oh my god I’m dead hahaha I’m not sure if they’re experienced when it comes to reviewing record and such. On the other hand, in person at the office they’re very nice upfront you anyone likes that.

And they’re typical Asian that gets all fuzzy and angry and bites back as if they were cornered when it comes to negative review or any type of questions about IRS audit. THEY WILL DO YOUR TAX BUT WILL RUN AWAY IF THERE ARE ANY TYPE OF AUDIT SO GO TO A MORE PROFESSIONAL TAX PREPARER TO SAVE HEADACHES AND RUDENESS.
