UniVoip has been great with our phone system install. They were available to work on trouble shoot problems with the install. They worked closely with our IT vendor to insure things were installed correctly. Since the install, they are great about following up on any issues we have had - mainly with our automated front door controller. Great company. Highly recommend!

The sales team at UniVoIP have been amazingly supporting. As a small nonprofit, our organization had a limited budget, and received much of our equipment free of charge. Yet we were treated just as any large business would have been. Our business was important to them. Though there are the occasional technical frustrations inherent in a world changing from analog phones to VoIP, I have always felt I have a point person to air these grievances to. Decent product-awesome people.

We have used Univoip for a few years now. They have great "US based" service, they always spend extra time with you and will email or call you back when an issue persists. The sales reps are direct and honest. Additional FYI for anyone who wants to use VOIP, make sure you have a good internet service with fast speeds, symmetrical prefered.

AMAZING!!! I just want to add that my sale rep Jaren was amazing and Jennie. O the provisioning tech is even more AMAZING. I was so worried from switching over to a voip system with all the new info/technology. But, Jennie was either one email away or one phone call and she responds so quickly to answer all of my questions. She made the transition so smooth and made sure every detail was considered. I have no complaints whatsoever and this is one of the best decisions I made for the office.
